The article was obviously written by someone who either hasn’t seen it, or knows nothing about video editing. It is most definitely a poorly created composited overlay. It was obviously enlarged and already was at a low resolution which is why it appears pixelated, fuzzy, and jumpy.
I hope they didn’t pay too much, but knowing them they paid a high price to one of those ‘smartest people in the world’ guys.
