I’ve just learned about that. Is pretty neat, but not actually Irish. They produced it, but couldn’t afford to eat it until they got to America

I finally cooked it today with potatoes and cabbage. Will have corned beef hash, potatoes, eggs, and biscuits in the morning. It’s a rare treat I will physically feel for days afterwards😚
