Caucasian Christians, Jews and Atheists and pretty much all races agree that humanoid life began in the ME and spread around the world from there. Everyone, including the so-called indigenous "Native Americans", who ever lived in the Western Hemisphere were/are immigrants.
There were at least 575 so-called indigenous tribes who warred against each other
relentlessly, one conquering the other, etc. They were mostly nomadic and had not yet discovered the wheel by the time Europeans arrived.
When Europeans arrived, they turned out to be the "tribe" that the indigenes should not have decided to war with. Thus is the history of the human race. Successive world powers for the last 6,000 years dominated the known civilized world through conquest by warfare.
Egyptian, Assyrian, Babylonian, Medo-Persian, Greek, Roman, Mongolian, Aryan, Britain/American and recently the Chinese have controlled or attempted to control the world in the cycle.
When you are conquered thusly, you get on with it vs whining about it to your conquerers for centuries.
