You cant tell a damn thing from that "surveillance" video -- which was just someone's phone camera video.

Unlike Ashli's MURDER which has tons of clear video and AUDIO in which the cop NEVER yelled that he was authorized to use deadly force or even shout stop, that he was in no danger himself, and still he SHOT Ashli. AND NO officer there, or anybody else provided so much as basic first aid -- applying pressure to the wound to stop the bleeding.
