He cannot (and should not) be tried for anything. He lacks the mental capacity to stand trial. It sucks that he got away with so much before he came down with dementia, but now we need to focus on prosecuting the crimes of the people who put him into office for the express of using him as their puppet, and the crimes of the people who have knowingly enabled this fraud of placing a dementia patient in the office of POTUS and who are maintaining the thinly veiled fiction that he has any idea what's going on and what's being done by the "Biden administration".
