Glad to hear you are working through all of that, sincerely.
I just don't believe it can be that hard to stop doing something as simple as looking at pornography. I don't think anything you say can make me change my opinion of that either, just as anything I say won't change yours.
I totally get that and used to think the same thing. Always felt that way about alcohol, cigarettes and weed because I stopped all of them cold turkey with no issues.
Porn was a different story. It'd take too long to explain why it hooked me so bad, but I gotta say I spent the entirety of my teen years and 20s envying guys like you who were just really "meh" about porn. Could take it or leave it. I would've given anything to NOT be as hooked on porn as I was. It sucked.
Not really out to change your mind at this point and I can respect where you're coming from.
I'm actually a woman so that may be why I never watched it in the first place since from my view it's not really made for us for the most part.
Me quitting cigarettes is where I was coming from with my view. It was kinda difficult to quit just because I always felt uncomfortable not having the nicotine. Then I powered through it and don't want them anymore. But I guess I can understand those who have a tougher time with it.
I'm glad we can agree it's in no way society or culture's responsibility for porn, cigarettes or otherwise. It's a lazy excuse for people to not take on their own shit and work through the discomfort.

Thanks man.

Kek, and here I am making assumptions now.
