Furthermore, you can blame an entire group for the actions of the majority. It's called stereotyping. Discriminating based on observed repeated behavior is not "racist" it's common sense. It's the basis of human language, without it we would not be able to communicate. Failing to judge based on the existence of outliers is what the left does and it's why they're retarded.
