Joe Biden had major brain surgery to remove a tumor that most doctors said couldn't be removed without it resulting in certain death. That being said, he survived the surgery and was said to have made a full recovery. Now I'm just curious, how much of his brain had to be removed in order to get the whole tumor removed? Judging by his cognitive ability before and after surgery my guess is that the doctors had to remove a significant portion of his brain and now he's literally half of who he used to be. How was it even possible he got cleared by congress as being mentally fit to be the commander and chief of the greatest super power on earth? I mean C'mon Man! He's doesn't even have the cognitive ability to have a full length conversation without forgetting where he's at let alone overseeing every aspect of executive government and military.
