If we took all of the illegal immigrants out of construction, labor jobs would actually pay well again and people right out of high school could start making a decent living without college. But when Jose will do it for 12$ an hour and live packed 10 people to a one bedroom apartment, its kinda hard to want to hire someone that should get paid 25$ an hour and buy their own house to raise a family in.
