For example, the "Cool Breeze" program in SC gets city and county government funding and just happens to have brand new expensive SUV's for all their staff and expensive offices.
These charity organizations that partner with local governments get VERY VERY VERY VERY little oversight if any at all. Often, they aren't even required to submit to audits or turn over any audit materials to the local governments that fund them.
That's what happens when you put blacks in a position of power.
