Children are frequently killed or raped or sexually molested in CPS custody or foster homes picked by CPS. Yet it gets covered up and hidden because the government always protects itself.
same. One grade up or down was the max that was considered acceptable. The only exception to that (where I lived) was that a sophomore might be with a senior, but other than that, all romantic pairings through grade school and high school would get a side-eye if they were more than one year apart.
Any police agency could easily go on the follower lists and keep an eye out for suspicious comments but they won’t because they are involved in child/human trafficking as well.
