Wouldnt that be a very Trump thing to do? And as an amazing bonus, it would make the left's heads spin and they'd have a huge meltdown.

He would the Senate race in Florida so easily, whoever ran against him wouldnt stand a chance.

Then in 2024 he runs for President, with i hope Desantis, therefore locking in Florida.

This idea is more than asinine. Do we accept the fraud of 2020 and believe the Democrats will cheat less in future elections?

Erics wife, Lara, is from my state. One of my state senators, Burr (RINO) is retiring this year and there's a rumor that Lara is going to run. She will win if she runs, I'm praying she does. He will fund her with his PAC. We love her here so I hope she does run.

He would be running against little Marco??

He probably wouldn't do that... Nobody would accuse Rubio of being MAGA, but he wasn't hostile to Trump like some others.

Lul?

Senate terms are 4-6 years. So he would have to wait 2 years for the next Senate term to become available and then, he would need to be a resident of the state for at least a year to be able to run as Senator and then you normally have to plan out presidential runs 2 years in advanced and start fundraising for it.

How about he doesn't because he wouldn't have time to do it.

Can he run in a different State? No need to run in Florida, it'd be funnier if he unseated some Dem swamp monster in a blue state.

No.

You need to be a RESIDENT of the state for AT LEAST A YEAR before you can be considered for Government Office in a state.

You guys need to read a civics book or something. Holy shit.
