We shouldn't do things because a judgemental father figure is going to determine our after life. We should do it because it is right. I get that christianity is important but buying into it to the point of which where your so afraid of some shitty god's judgment is just silly. None of us has any idea what is going to happen to us when we die. If you claim you do, you are an arrogant fool.
Yes that is the point also. We do do things because it is the right thing to do. That is also what God wants. It's not because we are afraid of him. We already know what is right from wrong.
Read my post below. The down-votes show how weak-minded everyone here is; they prove my point that they want the comforting story of an all-knowing "Avenger" that punishes anyone they don't like. It's pathetic!
"Conditions create a villain, the villain is givin' vision; The vision becomes a vow to seek vengeance on all the vicious; Liars and politicians, profiteers of the prisons; The forehead engravers, enslavers of men and women; Includin' members of clergy that rule on you through religion" ~ Run The Jewels, "Close Your Eyes"
My life has actually gotten better since I stopped being so religious. I don't think God -- if there is such a thing -- cares about what we do or what happens here. Look at the history of mankind: one great injustice after another. The Bush dynasty prospers. The Clinton dynasty prospers. Obama prospers. Biden prospers. Soros and his ilk prosper. Name anyone that is our enemy. They prosper under "God's" watch!
"God" and "Karma" is just a story for the weak who won't take justice for themselves, as told by the strong to keep the weak docile and waiting for justice to fall out of the sky. There is one truth: Justice is what you take for yourself!
"The strong do what they can, the weak suffer what they must" (Melian Dialogue, 416 BC).
When I was in the Marines (before it got cucked and over run) we defined honor as: "Doing the right thing, at the right time, for the right reasons"
Many truths transcend cultures and religions. I love reading these verses now that I'm a little older and can reflect on them more.
God bless Lindell
You guys are just rubbing it in now :(
Maybe, once things are settled, I'll be able to get a based pillow shipped to Aus.
Gratz on your pillow and your basedness Pede.
Awesome
