I looked it up online and it NEVER looks right. It's also (obviously) not functional. They stretch out the clit and add a skin graft to make a "shaft". Obviously, there's no erectile tissue to have an erection. It's just a scrunchy-looking flap of (flat) skin flapping around to remind her she DOESN'T have a dick and NEVER will.
