I'm going to guess that down the road when all these cases hit the courts the argument will be made that these are NOT vaccines as legally recognized at this point. They are experimental gene therapy with a horrible lab testing history and no FDA approval. By marketing them as vaccines these companies did not fully inform patients of possible side effects and consequencea.

The government had to give vaccine manufacturers legal immunity because the injury lawsuits were destroying them. Meanwhile, the left is trying to hold gun manufacturers responsible for the illegal misuse of their products, which is completely different from the deaths caused by using vaccines as intended. They have no principles or standards, only an agenda.
