For sure. 2 Of the 4 initial microphones are fake. The (right 2) ones the hand clips over. The other 2 (left) mics are real and you can see the 2 people holding them stand up near the end. The fake microphones if you watch closely, follow the camera pans and "shaking" too closely as they are clearly overlaid onto the video. Why the computer tried to move the microphones behind the image... I can only think of 2 possibilities.
Its a software plugin they turned on to try and make him look more popular, and this software tries to figure out depth dynamically and incorrectly though Biden was closer than he was and moved the fake CGI microphones behind his hand.

I'm leaning to 2. I can't think of many use-cases to have a plug-in throwing fake microphones where there are real ones and trying to on the fly figure out depth.
