This is my go to when arguing with people. Not once did they talk about improving health. These people put covid patients in nursing homes for crying out loud. They clearly didn’t give a crap about slowing the spread and they definitely don’t care if people live. I mean, these are the same people who talk about us being over populated.
Therapeutics weren't granted the same exemptions and fast-tracked for use as treatment and prophylaxis for Covid like vaccines were. If you're in a pandemic where people are getting ill and dying all over the place, wouldn't it behoove them to do so in a large scale if even with potentially mediocre results, especially with pharmaceuticals that have been used for decades in the treatment and prevention of other illnesses, and especially while we wait for these so-called life saving vaccines to be developed and distributed? But they didn't and still don't. It's a pandemic, right? So how does that make sense?
In the beginning it was all about PPE. Then it was all about ventilators. Then it was all about testing. Then it was all about vaccines. Well between testing and vaccines should have been therapeutics. What can we use in the mean-time until the vaccines are here, in an attempt to keep people from dying. They skipped right over it. Governmemts, Healthcare systems and so-called professionals, and media all skipped right over treatment...except for Trump. And some of us regular folk. Suspicious.
