i really don't get how finding out the president is fraudulent and didn't win is irreversible.. MOOT eh?? BS. It's not normal and we should not accept it as so. If you murder someone, its not moot after. If you steal, it's not moot after. this "mootness" doesn't apply to ANY OTHER part of the law, so why is it moot after you steal a presidency? Maybe they want us to believe its moot so we all shut up, and maybe there is no law to fix it, but it doesn't make it acceptable.
