Everytime a green screen rumor comes up with the Biden presidency it is blamed on compression issues. My question is, has there ever been any similar videos with Trump where his hands appeared in front of a mic or disappeared like Obama did on Biden's inauguration day?

I re-watched some videos of Trump talking to reporters outside of White House. During the Trump videos the background noise was super loud (I assume from Marine 1), Trump had to yell his answers. Also, in the Trump videos the mics moved around a lot more in & out of frame & you could barely hear the questions. Whereas in the Biden video you can clearly hear the questions and the mics barely move. It’s odd.

You can get that bad boy all the way up to 480p. Screaming.
Not nearly as bad as Biden's, but there have been a few Trump videos that were blurrier than they had any right to be. There's no reason that a random YouTuber should be able to produce a higher quality video than the United States Government.
But more to your point, no, I've never seen Trump bend reality like Biden does on a semi-regular basis.
