For example, Jesus would treat everyone as the purest form of an individual.
Big tech companies attempt to do the same. They search for your PERSONAL preferences such as words you put into a search engine, hobbies, etc.
On the other extreme of this spectrum we have people that think "all immigrants this", "all white people that",etc.
Somewhere in the middle we have the average IQ people that say "not all white people, not all black people, not all muslims"
Our brains try to work as categories because categories are much easier to work with than many many individuals.
I trained myself to look at people as individuals and only judge by actions.
You can start with an easy challenge to undo everything you have been bombarded to think about race.
Any time you are driving and somebody cuts you off, tell yourself "that individual is such a bad driver" Catch up to the individual and see if their "demographic" matches what you had in mind.
"I bet a black teen" it was an old white grandpa. "I bet Asian man" It was a Hispanic lady. Very rarely you're going to guess correctly and this is just one way to constantly counter the propaganda that we are bombarded with.

I had a black employee that stole a truck. After that I still hired many other black guys. If I had let that one individual get to me, my business would have suffered from my bias and many of the great workers we have today might not have been hired if I punished them for the actions of another individual.
IMO racism of both sides is weakness and I can see why both sides think they are right but they are both wrong IMO.

Also, just so we are on the same page about language and brainwashing there are no humans that are actually black or actually white. It's shades of brown, beige, cream, etc. Just my opinion.

No, that would be racist. Do you understand that he is magnitudes more likely to cause harm to you than the old white lady? Yes, that is called objective reasoning. Sure. Identity politics is lazy and divisive. But groups are just a collection of individuals, so different groups will have different breakdowns of individuals and patterns emerge.
Black crime isn't a race issue, it's a gang/drug/cultural issue. But it's been "racist" to talk about for soooo long, it's a become a race issue because only their neighborhood was never addressed.
Plus banter is the path to peace. My group of friends had all the Diversity because none of the other White kids would swap racist jokes with them as equals. Online trends of making fun of each other's stereotypes brings us closer as a species.
We aren't all clones and pretending we are all the same is part of what divides us.

I don't know if we are clones of each other but more like brothers or sisters. I do not see my brothers and sisters different by factors that they had no say in: country of birth, height, skin color, etc.

Humans evolved differently depending on environment. Different value systems developed in different parts of the world. Nothing wrong with that, just different.
Islam is not Christianity. Roman history is not the same as Egyptian history. Even diet and how we stayed warm in the winter can create differences between societies.
Some people take great offense to being treated as just a White Christian with darker skin as if their cultural history is identical to Western/Christian history.
