Sure, he doesn't care about it destroying the USA... That really isn't his concern, nor should it be. He said himself that he needs to focus on getting his country's shit in order because that's how he stops it on his end.
As far as he is concerned, the USA is his enemy in this for the very reason pointed out in this interview: We actually are drawing away all the people he needs right now to build his nation; And we're doing it with lies about free education and healthcare. Just ask the American Indians how those are working out for them.

Actually it helps the Dem's cause to destroy both at the same time. The more they can smash countries like El Salvador (and cause the people to flee to here from there), the faster they get to destroy the USA with a bunch of people who find out the hard way that they came here chasing something that doesn't exist and they've actually been tricked into something only a few iron chains short of what what people expect slavery to look like.
