Take term limits for example. It will take 36 states to recommend a vote on term limits for it to be looked at. if 38 states vote on it, then it becomes an amendment and cannot be overturned by congress.
How many states do we have on our side? 18. Exactly 18 states.
Even though Republicans own most of the legislatures in this country, only 18 states are willing to do what is necessary to protect the constitution.
That's what we would have NOW. That's why we have work to do. You can't tell me that all these Blue states would stand their ground against public proof and acknowledgement of fraud. Some would, but many would not.
