So two "mentally ill" individuals are arrested, one for murder and one for having guns in a car 3 miles away from where he was arrested, days before a vote on gun legislation.
These FBI false flags must have been months, maybe even years, in the making.
It takes a long time for the FBI to groom mentally ill people to do their political bidding.
Maybe, depends on the subject I'd guess. Some are very open to suggestion, like little kids. "Hey take these guns over there and shoot that baddy then we'll go out for ice cream!"
