Work for a prison in Ohio. Have to jump through hoops to get back my "dues" they would normally send to shill cocksuckers like "act blue" and what not. For all the "protection" they offer their members, they do very fucking little to make our lives easier. I struggle to not rip the jaw off of every chomo I encounter and eviscerate them with it every single day. All I get in return from my union is "at least orange man gone! Muh fee-fees!"
Our people need to run in every union election, the reason that unions are ran by democrats even though democrats shit all over union workers every step of the way is because our people do their jobs instead of stand for elections.
We may not like it, but we need to get into organizational and leadership roles in all local governments and local unions so that we can remove the traitors.
We need to at least try to win, even if it's rigged, because it's the only avenue of recourse available.
