Even if we assume 2 of them true without question, we still cannot go by and call that we have the means to change it. It only takes 1 landlocked country to decide "hey I'm gonna produce loads of CO2 so that seas rise and I get a beach" and the work of 2 hundred countries is garbage.
Climate change will always be real... but humans have no impact to change it. Earth was super heated during the dinosaurs and froze off. Long before humans. A random solar flare can cook us all or increase heat for days.
I small point to clarify what I think you actually meant.
Climate change may be real -- however, human induced climate change is bullshit.
There are three levels:
Natural climate change;
Anthropogenic climate change;
Effective policy.

It's a given that the mob believing in it blames mankind.
