When I heard about this African's death, the first thing that came to mind was assassination by government agent, like what happened to Trotsky in Mexico. It's beginning. They're starting to kill people who openly disagree with the narrative, covertly anyway, at least at first. They desperately want us to take this experimental poison. That alone should set off alarm bells.

Unfortunately, we haven't seen the worst of what's yet to come. It's only a matter of time before they start rounding us patriots up and sending us to the re-education/death camps.
