I thought they already disappeared; I read a few different people say they were shredded and then burned? (Patrick Byrne, Jovan Pulitzier, Colonel Waldron)

I heard someone (John Fredericks maybe?) on Bannon's War Room this week say that it is a misconception that these particular ballots were shredded. Favorito apparently got a court order early on in the process which required them to preserve the ballots.
