Outsourcing is unreal. I am unsure if the US unemployment rate can sustain so many jobs being outsourced. I work in IT and if I have to seek support for any appliance I may have I always get someone in another country who doesn't comprehend English too well and has very limited knowledge. These companies include, HP, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Netgear, Rackspace, etc. The only support people I ever talk to in the USA is for Lenovo believe it or not.
