This is a new disease on our society and a guy his age probably didn't take any of this serious until his daughter got caught up in it. He grew up in a different age where this shit was outlandish. What we're seeing here is completely new ground and, especially if you live outside of the social media sphere, most normal people aren't really paying attention to how twisted this movement is.
In my opinion he pushed back as far as he could've without stepping over the line, like some people on here like to pretend how they'll react by "start blasting". Doing that will have the same end result, except he'll spend more time in jail and probably lose his family forever.
We don't know how this shit will end. I'd wager his daughter will have severe mental issues in the future, there's a reason the suicide rate of trans people are like 40%. It's insanely wrong and the people responsible should be brought to justice, but to claim this father is at fault is utterly ridiculous.

The information is out there. It's been out there since at least Weimar Republic. There were catholic priests warning about transgenderism over 100 years ago. Today you can learn about it with a google search. Or just turn on the television and see what they are showing during commercial these days. So lack of information can't be an excuse.
