He did let it happen. It's his primary responsibility to make sure that the children are safe. He outsourced his responsibility by sending his kid to a leftist indoctrination camp, nominally a public school. He couldn't even do proper research into what they were teaching. And when his laziness and sloth inevitably backfired, he failed to go to the very extremes to protect his kid. He is 100% to blame. She gave consent. And the judge is forcing him to comply and he's doing all he can legally do to stop it. He can't just start beating the shit out of doctors, judges, and school counselors even though they definitely deserve it. That would just drive a bigger wedge between himself and his child. The man is royally fucked without some type of divine intervention in the form of legislation (highly unlikely) or his daughter getting cold feet (best chance, though still unlikely while she's being brainwashed by every other role model around her.)
