So, Asian aromatherapy spas are actually selling sex? That seems like a crime. Prostitution, sex trafficking, undocumented workers, health code violations.,payoffs to local officials. Who polices that? Hmmmm

True story: major city police department will sometimes have vice officers do stings. Officer has to document the offer of sexual services for extra money or the masseuse touching what isn't allowed in a licensed massage. Well this officer is getting a massage and liking it way too much. Colleagues are monitoring in can in parking lot. Therapist never talks about anything sexual and when he flips over he's aching. She barely glances against him and he has ruined the sting. Rule here is if the officer climaxes there will not be a prosecution. Endless taunting of him.

My source finds it a big waste of police resources, but does say some of those places are crime hubs.
