Are you saying that a union got too big for its britches and decided to get political only to realize after the fact that all of the naysayers before the election were right and that they ultimately ended up working against their own members? This is like if they got their members to believe that their company was magic and could sustain, in perpetuity, a seemingly too-good-to-be-true pension ponzi scheme that has collapsed or is collapsing now.
