Wickard v. Filburn has become the excuse for the feds to regulate/ban everything under the sun. Firearms, tobacco, drugs, milk, car seats, beef, wheat, pipelines, oil, etc, etc. Everything the feds regulate have their roots in Wickard v. Filburn.
