Article III, Section 1 for that last one:

The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.

JoseyMontana 2 points ago +4 / -2

Duh only supreme court is named. There is absolutely no mention of "federal district" or "circuit" courts. Those are creatures of Congress not the Constitution. Don't even get me going on phony "administrative law courts."

You boomers play fast and loose with semantics whenever it suits you and it's despicable.

THOSE COURTS ARE NOT NAMED. PERIOD.

Can you get it through your overly coddled juvenile brain????????

Or maybe you're not a boomer but as deeply flawed autism sufferer.

Either way get your head out of your ass.

SCOTUS has always ruled against freedom. Its always the law that is upheld. Whether is Gaming officials entering your property because your fishing without a license on your property. We need to cut the scope of the federal government.

I think they changed the definition of "Welfare" and included the world's population to be in "We the people". I am so sick of this administration and we're not even 6 months in. Good thing they can't govern and these E.Os will be easy enough to get rid of. I guess that's a silver lining.

jstep1111 8 points ago +8 / -0

Don't be so sure. Recall that SCOTUS overturned Trump's effort to repeal 0bama's EOs, but Biden has overturned Trump's EOs without dispute. The table is tilted, the dice are loaded, shit's rigged.

We are and will continue to be getting fucked until we take it upon ourselves not to be. It's time to accept that we can't play the political game with criminals. There's not even the illusion of a fair shake anymore.

'Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.'

SCOTUS - more appropriately defined. See below:

SUBJUGATED COURT OF THE US.

SUBSERVIENT COURT OF THE US.

SEDITIOUS COURT OF THE US.

The federal government including the supreme court and alphabet agencies have failed the people and delivered America into the hands of tyrants.

Granny 1 point ago +1 / -0

The supreme court's failure to uphold the LAW renders the law moot.

I had to memorize and recite this in front of my US History class in high school. I learned it by downloading the Schoolhouse Rock version on my iPod and falling asleep to it on repeat. Now, I'll never be able to read The Preamble without singing that song, but at least I will never forget the words and what they mean. I owe Coach A a thank you for making us do that. Kids now may never even know what The Preamble is.

Did something new happen with SCOTUS this week? Or is this in reference to how they have ignored election fraud?

lol. your country.

Look around fucktard. It is not your country anymore.

It belongs to those willing to force their views on you and your children. Your country is now fake and gay.

That is what modern Christianity has done to America... turned it fake and gay and cowardly.

And if Nov 3 and Jan 8 is any indication... it is not ever going to be your country ever again.

Now go take a golden shower to go with your golden rules and pray for god to give you some balls like your forefathers had.

"Do it yourself" is the American way.

No one else is coming to save us. We the people are going to have to do what our founding fathers did and figure this shit out ourselves.

There’s also the part where it says that a well regulated militia is necessary to the security of a free state.
Can someone remind me of what a well regulated militia does again? Isn’t it for deer hunting or preventing home burglaries or something?
And how does it have anything to do with the security of a free state? Do guns vote or something? The second amendment is so confusing!

OK, you don't, everyone else does.

Misconduct unbecoming of an officer.

Military does: Conduct unbecoming is an Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) rule that is easily added as a second offense if the officer, cadet, or midshipman is convicted of a more harsh crime like larceny, underage drinking, or getting arrested for a bar fight (assault).

Police do also: Le Mars, Iowa Police Officer Jeremy Singer that was “unbecoming of a Police Officer.” Singer was then placed on administrative leave, and the department started a misconduct investigation. Even the law holds them and others to a higher standard compared to the general public.

Seems its just you who feels this way.
