Article III, Section 1 for that last one:

The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.

Duh only supreme court is named. There is absolutely no mention of "federal district" or "circuit" courts. Those are creatures of Congress not the Constitution. Don't even get me going on phony "administrative law courts."
