This is understandable because their court date us usually 2 years out. That is why having them wait in Mexico or their own country was so important.
If the majority of asylum seekers dont qualify shouldnt we focus on actually enforcing the 6th Amendment instead? Because for those that do qualify, staying in the country is not really an option.
