I've noticed this trend, but I don't think there's a secret Jewish conspiracy, I think they just say this because it works.

They can't say "we have a right to be corrupt and rich!" because people will rightly throw them away. But if they can accuse the very realization of their actions as discrimination or bigotry there's a chance they can smear and discredit it.

It seems abundantly obvious to me that the rich and powerful would be corrupt and hire mercenary propagandists to cover for them. It's standard PR but the clients are criminals at the highest level of society.
