Sorry, no. He's an elected judge, and not endorsed by Congress. He's a county judge, not a Federal Circuit judge. If you want to make a case for ballot fraud, that's another issue. I was just reading about the case, he was arrested after an investigation by the State's criminal unit, we'll know more when the trial starts.
The good news is the state Supreme Court removed him from office, pending the trial.
