No it is not. It is a treatment. Just like hydroxychloroquine is a treatment (way cheaper and more efficient, too). Let's all sit and wonder why such a great thing would be demonized and buried by the media? HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM......
