And you would still be able to breathe like that unless a freaking rock was on the other side of your neck. I had me dad mimic this on me, he weighs about 75 more pounds than me, and I could feel that while I could breathe fine, my neck would physically snap long before my trachea was cut off...it's sad that many people still believe that a knee on your neck will suffocate you, which is utterly false.
