At urgent care to get my daughters finger some stitches. This form of CONSENT is in the paperwork we have to fill out. We refused. The lady said its not consent but a waiver and we HAVE to sign it. We refused again and she gave up. It is a CONSENT FORM. NO. She is getting her stitches (media.patriots.win)
