Every time I get a text from members of my family with the "wish we could all get together", I always shoot back "we always could and still can". I know it pisses them off, but it's the truth. I think the social isolation is what killed her, we would visit for 2-4 weeks over the summer and she would stay with us from thanksgiving to New Years, or sometimes even until may. She basically haven’t seen anyone outside her assisted living home in 10 months, which I believe was the largest factor.
