Russian communists are basically international socialists. They believe in a one world government headed by Moscow. Stalin took the slower approach while trotsky advocated never ending war.

China is the same and they are using the UN as their proxy. They are doing it in a more creative way.

The National Socialists basically wanted socialism but with separate states for the separate people's.
