10 Ford is moving production outside of the US to avoid climate standards. Worse, the extra distance for shipping will output even more CO2. If congress was forced to apply the standard equally, it wouldn't enrich their children on ukraine gas boards. There would be no point for the law to exist, as they don't actually care about the environment.
