We win if enough states were to flip to get Biden under 270 Electoral votes.
You don't necessarily need to get Trump over 270, because if nobody meets the threshold, it gets decided by Congress with 1 vote per state.
NH and AZ could be ready to flip too if one can break the ice.

They don't even have to award Trump the Electoral Votes. They just need to get Biden under 270.
when you take away 16 and "swing" it the other way, it becomes 32
If you take 16 from one place and put them somewhere else, what is the delta change?
