Is this the compromise for getting the rest of the wall built? I kind of got that sense reading it that R's agree to take the dreamers and we get the wall. If this is the case and that's the compromise then idk maybe the dreamers need some kind of path. Clown world doesn't seem to be going a way anytime soon. We would need concrete assurances tho.
