Because they won't be allowed to burn down cities and murder their residents. In a polite Christian society, they'll be ostracized for worshiping Satan as they see fit (as they should be). They'll be shunned for being homosexuals (who overwhelmingly commit sex crimes against children) or trannies or whatever else.
Society doesn't function as live-and-let-live because of these sociopaths. Otherwise libertarians wouldn't be functionally retarded (although retarded in the correct direction).
We write laws to expel degenerate sociopaths from society (incarceration, banishment, death penalty, etc) so that those of us willing to participate in polite society can do so in peace. We lost that peaceful society when we started listening to degenerate scum whine and cry like babies that we weren't "tolerant" enough.
