Russia is a dictatorship with high levels of corruption and abuse of power. There are different dictatorships - Putin is not Franco or the favorite - helicopter man... he's more like Erdogan... cunning and ruthless and power hungry. Still, not the worst alternative to the concentration camps they're readying for us here.
