Right but he's only anti-global because Russia is on the outside, its not as though he wouldn't love to have the influence to pull the strings from within and push countries acting against his interests around without global rebuttal. RUGA is very different than MAGA in that sense.

Countries on the outside are only there because they dont go along with the globalist agenda and dont want to abdicate their sovereignty to the IMF and world bank and every other institutions created by the globalists to take control of countries.
Is like saying that Trump can change and be on the "inside" if he wanted to. Of course, anyone can change. But the odds of that happening with Putin or Trump is very negligible .
