This is total bullshit, and Potato and his staff damn well know it. The majority of small businesses file 1040 returns with a Sch C, and they are the people this will affect most. They're not earning anywhere near 400k a year for themselves personally.
But, corporations, partnerships, LLC's, Sub-chapter S etc will NOT be affected by this. In other words, this is yet another leftist policy that stifles small business, and helps the super-corps by stifling their competition. Small business is being systematically destroyed and the super corps are in a symbiotic relationship with government. And yet the left claims to be opposed to fascism.
